I like outdoor activities such as trekking and nature walks, thanks to my experience in the Scouts. I have also always been interested in the processes related to our system called Earth.
My great interest in geological processes led me to enrol in the Faculty of Geological Sciences at the University of Florence, where during the first three years my interest was focused on the study of geotechnical applications.
After completing the three-year course, I continued my studies and deepened my knowledge of applied geology by attending the Geology for the Environment and Territory - GAT Curriculum master’s course, also at the University of Florence, which I completed in 2023.
During the last two years of my university career, I specialised in hydrogeomorphological dynamics and geohazards, which is still the current subject of my research.

M.Sc. in Geological Sciences and Technologies at the University of Florence, 2023. Thesis Title: “Remote sensing data analysis for investigating the deformation induced by Underground Gas Storage”.
Ph.D. Student at the Earth Sciences Department, University of Florence, 2024-ongoing. Thesis Title: “Studies and applications of environmental and remotely-sensed data using Earth Observation technologies from Space for geohazard assessment”.
